SMLS Community @ Santa Claus Parade

There were so many familiar SMLS faces in Oavkille's Santa Claus Parade!  Did you know that the Grinch is an SMLS dad and one of our distinguished Board Members? His wife Jennifer is from Whoville, and two of their daughters, "Cindy Lou Who" and "Max" were along for the ride. And what about alumna Heidi SCHOFIELD McMeekan '86, the owner of  Oakville Academy for the Arts?  She had a great group of students dancing in unison along the route. Baeumler Construction, owned by our very own Millie parents, was in the parade, and so was alumna Joan Znidarec '89, co-founder of  The Dog Rescuers Inc., “ambassadog” Tinkerbell, and Tinkerbell’s forever family, Millie Julia G. and her parents. What a wonderful way to get in the Christmas spirit!
