Prior to joining WeirFoulds LLP, Jennifer led Executive Talent Management for the Capital Markets and Wealth Management businesses at CIBC. From there, she led the development and execution of strategic client and business initiatives for CIBC Capital Markets, working closely with the executive leadership team. Prior to CIBC, Jennifer worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP for 15 years where she practiced as a corporate lawyer then moved on to lead recruitment, coaching and professional development, performance management and engagement for lawyers.

Jennifer was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Osgoode Hall Law School (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (with High Distinction) from the University of Toronto (1999). She is currently completing her Certified Leadership Coach training, a designation recognized by the International Coaching Federation. Jennifer and her husband Brad have two daughters. Their younger daughter is currently in Middle School at SMLS and their older daughter attended SMLS from 2013 to 2024.
