Lauren Tribe '87

Lauren Tribe '87 is an Associate Professor of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering and a Teaching Fellow at The University of Western Ontario. Prior to her appointment as a Teaching Fellow, Lauren was Assistant Dean, First Year Studies, at Western Engineering.

Lauren is a graduate of SMLS and the recipient of the 2020 Outstanding Alumna award. Lauren holds an honors bachelor of science degree in biochemistry, a bachelor of engineering science degree in biochemical engineering, and a doctorate in chemical engineering from Western Engineering. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and is passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion in engineering, with a focus on advancing women in engineering.
