At SMLS, students are encouraged to explore their interests and discover their passions through a variety of extracurricular opportunities. One such initiative is the Hemline literary anthology club, where creativity and collaboration come together to produce original student work.

Since September, members of the Hemline club have been meeting bi-weekly to produce the first Hemline e-zine of the school year, Reach Beyond, Issue 1, 2024. This multi-genre collection showcases the voices and talents of our Senior School students, featuring essays, poems, playlists, artwork, and short stories that highlight this year’s school theme.

The Hemline anthology is published each semester and reflects the creativity, critical thinking, and dedication of our students as they develop and share their ideas.
