Doug and I personally support the SMLS bursary fund through a monthly deduction from my pay cheque, because we want to provide exceptional girls with access to the amazing and powerful opportunities that SMLS provides.

As the Director of the Learning Strategies Program, I have experienced the possibilities that open up because of the generosity of our community. We have been able to resource the Student Success Centre with reading programs, assistive technology hardware and software, manipulatives and even flexible furniture to facilitate learning in this multi-purpose, busy room. Our program is enhanced and as a result, so is the work we can do with students, families and faculty. It is all made possible through the generosity of spirit of our SMLS community.
